Waiting in vain (while it rains)

I haven't seen my friend for a long time and so I decided to go to this yahoo grp chat. I waited for 2 hours and he's a no-show. That really hurts. He's always late for chats. Blame it on the traffic and rain. (Always with an excuse) I would agree to stay online but the netcafe kicked me out. It's closing time. So I just hang-out and ate donuts. I wish he would be considerate of his friends' feelings coz at that time, 16 people waited for him and only 8 remained online.
I felt it's too dramatic to walk in the rain without an umbrella, just the hood of my black jacket. It's like this online guy who really screamed at his computer, I also wanna scream. You know what he screamed? "THIS IS SO _______!!!!!" And yeah, it's true it's so ________. I really felt it that night.
I guess I'll just see my friend when time permits. When God permits.
Goodluck na lang sa kanya.

A little bit of (Slap)shock for me

Guess I really just want to unwind after a hard day's work (plus I'm kinda punk) that I went to see Slapshock. My boss is also there, hehehe. He just love these pinoy rock acts. But he didn't dress in black punk like me and the rest of the black pipol in the crowd.
The opening acts were Kayumanggi and Padre Damaso. That sure bores the hell out of me. They only have a few good cover songs. Everyone is bored and sick of waiting for Slapshock. And when they finally came onstage, it was a bit of a (slap) shock for me. I only had to stay for a few songs, I had to hurry home like I was Cinderella (in black) coz it' the Bali's ending scene. That sucks. I really love the Slapshock songs. And yeah, I agree with the guys there, they do sound like Black Sabbath and more. But I can't help but also think of Bamboo. He kinda started earlier (as the music plays) onstage. Slapshock wanted to rock it out on late evenings. Then they keep saying "peace" coz asual, it's the guards' most stressful night. They almost got wiped out by the crowd. As for me, I went home to see the Bali ending. I got lazy to come back to the venue. I thought my boss would really stay until morning there. Good thing, we had no work the next day. Slapshock says they composed a song "Marilao"and sang a few lines, hahaha, that was funny. :)

I'll Never say goodbye

For the first time, my rents went all out to see a soulful balladeer. He turns out to be a nice guy to us (my fam) and also to my new friend Rose, and still looking good, despite his age. It was Mr. Nonoy Z. He still has a golden voice and unforgettable songs like "Kumusta ka, etc." plus from his Love Songs album.
He remembers my friend, of course he should. Cams is his inaanak. He left a little something for her which I haven't given. Cams' bday expired already. I find it corny to still give it to her but she says she will welcome whatever it is. I guess I'll give it to her when I see her. Kailan kaya? :)
Mr. Z is kalog pala with corny jokes. They say he was the first victim of terrorism in RP but he can still joke about the leg he lost. My rents will really never say goodbye to him. Nauna pa sila sa akin sa venue, hehehe. :)
