Just my b-day

I really hated b-day. I wish the clock would just stop and I woudn't age anymore. But that's wishful thinking I know.
I enjoyed my day with my old friends and kids at work. I guess, I had everything, all the material things money can buy in a b-day ( I got new things, food, etc. ) but I did miss out on something. I guess God will eventually decide whether to truly let go or still hold on. I still need God's wisdom and guidance in my life.
I'm just thankful I'm still around, contributing to the kids evryday of my life. :)
