I'm back again in my alma mater after so many years for this SMC seminar. I acted as a tour guide for my friend who was here for the first time.
It turns out to be a boring SRA seminar. I had SRA when I was a kid and so did my bro. My friend is in the other room, (boring topic also: numbers) her area of expertise. Our speaker is nice and motherly but we miss our grp with Marcella.
Feeling MTV Homecoming talaga. SMC has really changed a lot in the past years! It is now crowded with new buildings and bigger canteen. I always love the chapel and the library and our "hideout.". The classroom still has the same atmosphere. I'm still seated at the last row. I dislike front rows but I always recite. My classmates are all tired of hearing my voice, hehehe.
I remember my desk is piled with a tower of notebooks. All my classmates would ask me to write grammatical sentences for them. I would play with sentences for them and I made it real funny. They couldn't do anything about it. I could tease would be- campus couples in sentences.
Back to the seminar, I only met one funny girl, Wilma. My friend and I won a large violet bag, haha, not my fave color.
I saw the nuns again. Imagine, I was in this school for 11 years! (yeah, I got a Loyalty award) I'm like a nun na, hehehe. But my Uncle says that if I enter the convent, the nuns would all escape. :) During my time, the nuns were really strict but I never got into trouble. And they didn't mind you if you were goody-goody.But I wasn't entirely good, I just didn't get caught, hehehe. My bro couldn't take it, he transferred to a non-religious school. haha. I wasn't in the popular crowd, I had fallen from the Star section but everywhere I went in the campus, I'm always chatting and waving to friends. I was also a Peer teacher. No wonder I became a sensei.
Last time I was here, it was the gig of Xtian B with Dice & K9 and Jacque E. Prior to that, I also went in Kuya Nyoy's (NVM) and Jay-R's gig ( in our SMC gym).
I guess I am really a Marian at heart. :)
