Our Gakko Cooking contest

There's like at least 30 dishes to taste in our Gakko Cooking contest. T. Joy is the emcee. We worry we might get some added weight afterwards but our taste buds won. hehehe. :) I try not to taste all the pasta. I'm sick of all that variety of spaghetti. We love the salad, sandwiches, fresh fruit juices and the cooked foods of the declared winners, assisted by my starkids.
In the end, in the Spag category-Joviemar's funny mom won; in the sandwich category- a mom in the nursery; in the salad category- Jason's mom (her hubby was a chaf) and the new "Jang Geum" for the native dishes (bangus)- Ronald's mom won. There were also the brave and feeling "Kapitan" dad cooks- Jean and Bethina's dad and Eunice's dad.
Our stomachs had a royal rumble but it was an enjoyable on the spot cooking thingy. As one mom's shirt reads "Her Royal Highness The Queen, but you can call me Mom." :)

Our Private Gakko meeting

Capt called for a private Gakko meeting in our place. Not everyone attended, only the 3 of us were present. We talked of 20k fumigation, tree planting ceremony and possible confederation.. But the conversation turned sour when Madam Eve started having air in the head, plus some crab mentality. We wasted 2 hours on her airheadness. Good thing, we went home in timefor Rain's koreanovela. Presc was with me. Some people are really too mayabang in the head but coudn't carry it. We just laughed at Madam Eve's clumsy payabang attempts. How can you confederate with people like that.
Poor Sir Mac! He's the one fighting her, stooping to her level. I'm just being cool about it (but I really want to punch her for belittling DLSU and our Gakko) She's really getting to our nerves. Anyways, it pays to be humble, I was appointed as a coordinator, to my surprise. It's like a slap to her face. I wasn't even expecting the appointment. She also didn't know Capt was Tom Cruise's uncle. :) Too bad, Tom couldn't come, I just texted him about this funny incident.:)He told me not to mind her. :)

My BKKK Tourism meeting

I'm still trekking the road Dra. Fe left for me. After a hal-day's work, I went to that BKKK Tourism meeting. It's full of oldies but goodies ladies, seasoned already. I am the youngest!And the 4Kings dude, Michael. :) We just tackled the local passport thingy for my starkids- an educational youth tour, whew! This is in line with the Tourism Council and Deped. Gov. Josie is on top of this.
Anyways, I was wearing my red Superman shirt underneath my gray hood. It was kinda rainy. Pati si Superman tuloy, nag-meeting. I met a nice daughter of one of the Aprism top officials, Joerie. She's also an artistic designer. We talked of "Aprism with the stars" hehehe. Mrs. San Juan was there, being the chair and Joerie's mom,ma'm Rose. Lots of hebigat local sponsors and participants were there too (including SM). Food was ok. I'm all for this tour xperience for my starkids.
After the meeting, I went to our mall where my friends awaits. We stroll, shopped, ate and watched Jennilyn M and her new album from afar. Jen's so thin now. She looks much prettier and fresh in her first album tour here also in our mall. I even thought she looks like the Virgin Mary.
I didn't realize that people were eyeing me (coz of my shirt) but I only knew when one gay asked me where I bought my Superman shirt. Nice busy day for moi. :)

There's more

So I went to the repackaged album thingy. Anyway, Sm is my myspace friend, that's if, that's really him who wrote me. I miss Grace, she went to that Fantastic at 56 thingy. But I met 2 new friends.
Himala, we have a pic together. Kudos to the new handler. After ten years huh. Maging sino ka man with an accent hahaha... Maybe there's more, sabi nya nga... more to improve. So this isn't the last time pala. I want to be complete...with a pic. hehehe. :)

Isn't it romantic?

I thought I'm so over Ate Shawie by now but I realized Sharonian pa pala ako. Ever since my dad bought me a Vicor Highschool life Lp in my elem days.
I met new friends Luz (who remembers Ate Shawie in her Paulinian days; one of my ex-boss is a head at St. Paul's) and Dulce. Also Nanay Teresita. Grace was also there. We talked of Sm and GV. Medyo payat na si Ate Shawie. But sayang, she didn't sing, she just made chika in her album launch. Goodness, she had 5 beefy "Mr. Clean" bodyguards ala Madonna and entourage. But she's nice huh, she really imitated her idol Oprah. She even remembered when I first saw her in '85, I think, during the ribbon cutting of a cinema in our old place with Gabby. Ang tagal na daw nun, haha. Like 11 years ago?! She had her blue chedeng pa. The cinema eventually closed down and became a music warehouse, so did her marriage with Gabs. Nice mega xperience. She beso me pa. :)
